  from an Iron Chef when celebrity TV star  Alex Guarnaschelli  takes over
  Chop House inside Choctaw Casino & Resort – Grant. \nGuarnaschelli is a s
 taple of Food Network\, where she hosts three shows including Ciao House\,
  Supermarket Stakeout and Alex vs. America. She is also a recurring judge
  on Chopped. Her prowess in the kitchen\, honed by years of working in Fra
 nce and opening her own  restaurant \, Butter\, in New York City\, earned
  her the title of Iron Chef and made her a household name. \nGuarnaschelli
  is bringing her talents to Choctaw Casino & Resort – Grant in the style o
 f a restaurant takeover\, setting up shop in Chop House and working alongs
 ide its chefs to offer two nights of her signature Italian comfort cuisine
 . \nThe restaurant takeover will be on Friday\, Feb. 6 at 8:30 p.m. and Sa
 turday\, Feb. 7\, with two seatings at 6 and 8:30 p.m.  As a special gift\
 , every guest will receive an autographed copy of her newest cookbook\, “I
 talian American Forever.” Tickets are $125 per person and can be purchased
   here . \nGuarnaschelli will make appearances in the dining room througho
 ut the evening\, while also working with Choctaw’s chefs to prepare her si
 gnature dishes. The first course will consist of a trio of salads with gar
 lic knots\, marinated olives and roasted grapes\, followed by a farfalle p
 asta. The third course features steak Florentine and shrimp scampi with fi
 ngerling potatoes and rice pilaf\, followed by a black forest cake. Follow
